Does anyone know how to grease the donut/guibo on the driveshaft. Mine seems fine but was wondering what's the best way to check, and what type of grease to use.
Its more like preventive maintenance and not let them to dry out and go bad.

I have heard people mentioning, lack of grease or having them dry makes them not last.

The grease goes on the inside where the bearing are, you really need to take them (donuts) off the drive shaft to do it, and there are seals there to keep the grease in. Unless you are pulling your drive shaft out for some reason, I would think this would be more trouble than it is worth. I just use bearing grease.

no amount of lubrication will make any difference to the rubber itself, when that goes, its just fatigue or age. they fail from within the rubber, not the outside surface.
