Group,

I have always had a driveline vibration in my 1959 sprint veloce around 60 mph. I found a quick parts allignment check in the files authored by Jay Mackro. This proceedure lets one determine the height of spacers needed between the trans crossmember and the frame rails. With my crossmember jacked up tight to the frame rails, my front driveline support bearing is still not seated in its saddle on the body pan, and thus my driveline is not in allignment. So I am trying to determine if I have an incorrect crossmember, or the wrong transmission tail housing installed. I am hoping a member with a similar car will check their crossmember offset and forward those dimensions. I checked mine by placing a straightedge accross the bottom and measuring the distance from that to the underside at the outermost bolt hole on the member. Mine equals about 2 1/2" on each side. My car is a 750 transistional model with a split case trans. Thanks for any feedback.
