ok first off....this is a warning to the purists..the pic below may be painfull
anyway ive a delema in front of me...ive got to take 20 inches out of the drive shaft..the question is do i take the 20 inches out of just the rear shaft? or do i move the center support forward and take 10 out of each shaft?
the rear shaft with rubber joints in place currently measures out at 27 inches ....for those of you who have had a milly drive shaft in your hand 20 inches out of it leaves only 1 inch between the factory welds
also are the center joint(the one that i thought would be a bearing bolted to the car) still availible?
anyway heres the drive shaft "gap" i need to bridge or change
