Doe anyone have this? Or tips for easy access? My inner door handle gave up the ghost and I need to see if it's a spring/clip or the lovely handle itself.

Most likely the handle itself, as that is the overwhelmingly common failure. Cheesy pot type metal, with almost zero strength. There have been pictures of repairs shown in the BB, including one just last week by Steve. Look at his post on 04-10-2015, 09:03 AM in the "what did you do today Alfa related" postings.

Have you looked at the Fiat eper on line to see the layout of the door?

The handle itself is easy, just pull the armrest off and it comes with it.

I'm facing a need now to pull the entire panel off though as I have some sort of wiring short circuit with the driver's door lock. My doors started locking when I went around a sharp left corner and then my battery went dead while parked until I pulled the fuse for the locks. I also want to replace the outer handle on the front passenger door before it breaks.

So I'm in the same boat but probably am not going to get around to it for another week or two.

One of mine wasn't placed on the washer properly and was fine, just needed to be setup right.

If it's broken, let me know. I have all four of Goats' door panels with handles in my garage and can help you out with parts/labor.

I'm local, so I'm happy to help!

He has 91 model so 94-95 handles and panels are completely different.

Ah! I thought he had an LS just like mine! Either way, I have at least a few spare 91-93 handles in the garage with springs. Lemme know!

Pulling the panel off - 1994 Q

My driver's side door panel needs to come off so I can replace at least one "clip" and also I want to fix the switch that puts down the passenger side window. It doesn't work for putting the window down but will put it back up!

The door panel itself is pulling away slightly in top left corner near door lock post. So I need to get it pulled tighter against the frame (or however you want to describe it).

for the Q panel, something is either broken or missing, the white nylon male/ yellow PVC (I think) female connector. NOTE -- on most of these doors in hot dry climate the nylon male breaks, but I have also seen many doors where the molded boss in the door panel itself (that holds the white male nylon piece) has broken off leaving no option to attach the male piece and then you just live with the panel pulling back a bit.

Important that when you remove the panel to use a door fastener removal tool and not just yank the panel off. Yanking it off will likely break off the molded boss which is a bummer

I could use a drivers door handle, mine's broken as suspected.
