Yes but hub centers slightly larger so will not be true hub centric wheels but the 5x98 bolt pattern the same. May or may not not be a balance issue though as very close to same centers.

Offset issues? The GTV 6 was rwd and often fwd calls for more offset (hub face is closer to the outside edge of the rim). Insufficient offset (ET number on the rim) can cause additional torque steer and loads the wheel bearings a bit more than the design called for. Also, of offset is radically different the tire may not clear the fender lip (or suspesnion of offset is too great).
