Hi guys,
I have a good news for you: 10305 RESTORATION IS STARTED.
In June 2016 Frame-off and now the reproduction of many chassis parts like rear and boot floor, panels draws to a close.
It was necessary to control car on the car bench due to a bump near the left front wheel.
Fortunately damage is slight and in the body shop there are other 4 CSS, that have provided measures to build a car bench.
Front and rear suspensions, steering box, drive train are totally restored and now I’m focused on the gear box.
I provide personally to clean, burnish, polish or paint mechanic parts to give original look.
Any advice is well accepted :smile2:

I saw 2 other ladies in the stable, a 1900 touring first serie and something like a 6C or a Fiat ?? Can't see better.

Nice job done on your Touring ! :smile2:

But, please, could you delete the ad for your car on Anamera ? Link here

Thank Pescara.
I have no ad on Anamera and I'm not registered on this site.
This is a fake.
Sorry but for privacy, I can show you only pictures of my car in the stable.

Thank you GIGI for answer.

I understand for privacy, I though it was your garage, no problem.

For anamera, if you want contact the support and explain, maybe they can delete directly the ad.
Internet is full of fakes, and it's boring...

Now, back to your nice car, you are working well and super fast !! :smile2:

It takes time for us to rebuilt the "touring cage" of our car. :|

hello gigi,

congratulations for this magnificent work!
really clean.

i think this was car by pre owner marco oldcar.

i have already restored many 1900 ...... therefore a recommendation.

but I noticed. chassis on lifter press 4 points. lots of free energy hanging free and pressing town in welding lines.

only smaller piece for piece cut out and weld.
do not remove whole and large pieces from chassis and floor panels in one step.
it can bring very big problems without massive pattern table or xyz measuring bench .

in any case with pressure presses always pre-tension 5mm when welding on chassis !!

alone from to much and to hight welding temperature balance can shrink the chassis 5mm
to much heat in a level weld 10mm and much more can twist and bend the chassis.
