Crank sensors again?
I ran my spider, 1983 S3 just a bit yesterday and then later it would not start even with a jump. It turns over strong but won’t fire. Last time this happened maybe 5-6 years ago it was one of the crank sensors (I believe the lower) . I forgot how I checked them (the sensors).
So,
A). Is it a likely cause?
B). How do I check them again?
C). Any other ideas to check?

its a likely cause if there is no spark....
if there is spark, then you'd be looking more at a fuel problem.
