Going through my parts and found these copper head gaskets. They should fit all 2 liter nord engines. They are used and would need to be annealed before using. You would also need to use thicker o rings. Gaskets are .10 thick. $25 each.

3 questions:
1. Annealing the gaskets? Are you refering to heating copper to popit back to original shape (like with copper washers)?
2. O-rings: are these the O-rings used at the base/bottom of the cylinders (remove the cyls and install thicker O's), or the O-rings around the oil passageways on the gasket itself?
3. Can I assume that these copper ones are thicker than the fiber ones?
Thanks.

Yes, they should be heated up to restore copper. I was referring to the top oil passage o rings. Yes, thicker than stock, from my memory, I believe that they lower compression around .5.
