i thought i would never consider selling my '69 gtv, but a recent marriage & changing priorities are causing me to feature the idea.

my thinking is that i'm willing to sell it for less than i have into it, but i would not be willing to take a bath on it. i'm not counting my time spent fixing it up.
i haven't done anything to prepare it for sale at this point -- i'm just testing the waters.

i bought it from the original owner a couple of years ago. it's always lived in the portland, oregon area. everything was stock on the car when i bought it except for heavy duty springs.

everything that's not stock on it now is:
- limited slip differential from 2.0 liter
- rml electonic ignition
- odyssey battery
- newer alternator
- nardi wood steering wheel (i have original)
- aftermarket leather shift knob

improvement i've made (actually me & local mechanic):
- "new" limited-slip rear end
- rml ignition, newer alternator, odyssey battery
- nardi steering wheel
- 2" steering spacer to bring wheel closer
- removed seat stop to allow for more leg room (i'm 6'2")
- floors all repaired & por-15'd & new thin insulation applied
- replaced all door hinges & put in new detents
- polyurethane bushings from performatek
- dave rugh fast street spring/shock combo
- completely rebuilt dash + new wood from just dashes
- i have complete carpet set (not installed)

i had a laser measure of the body done and it's straight. there are some light rust spots on panels just behind front wheels, and rear left wheel arch. overall the body looks really good. this car was driven (over 200k miles), so you'll see none of the damage associated with barn storage, etc.

the car runs great! just did a track day and it was a joy.

i can send/post pix if there's much interest. please pm me for price.
hoping that it goes to a good home.....:)
