Interesting. The FIA document is far too neat and clean to be an original. Entries, starting with 1960, are filled out with the same pen and dated 1992. The car itself seems somewhat legit, however the twin spark head is not a Conrero item.

Pages 36-37 of the Conrero book show the car at the '60 Targa Florio and the '60 Le Mans. It says that the engine was reduced in capacity from 1300 to 1150 and that the "carrozzeria" was by Michelotti.
Not so sure on the dual ignition. I have seen period pics of a nonfactory dual plug head in the late Giulietta era that Conrero did. I'd be hard pressed to say where I saw the picture, alas. That doesn't mean it was this head or engine, but it was set up like this, not with angled plus like on GTAs.
