Its really hard finding any info on that sensor. The manufacturer's website is under construction and doesn't even list a phone number to call them.
Searching the Bosch part number, some sites come up with other manufacturers equivalents, but unfortunately searches of those part numbers mostly result in the part number not existing, not being available or for an outrageous price.

My understanding is the sensor operates relative to a temperature and for a duration. So in theory, as long as you find one that is close in parameter it should probably work. What I would be concerned with is making sure the connector, thread and the probe length match.
The Bosch sensor has the parameters engraved right into it (35 deg C and 8 seconds). Ask the seller is there is anything engraved on that sensor, and if he can confirm the sensors thread and probe length. If so, post that info and maybe somebody with a spare sensor or spare engine can pull it out and provide the dimensions for their sensor.
Good luck!
