Hi,

After having my column switch replaced with a used part on my 1991, it is now only working on high beam setting. I have another used part that I purchased from Ebay.

Can anybody recommend a shop to rebuild the switch before I have it installed? I want to make certain it will work properly for a long time. I ordered a new one from Classic Alfa in England previously, and it wasn't the correct part, as it wasn't for an airbag steering wheel.

Or if there are other solutions, please let me know. Adjust my headlamps downward so the high beams do not affect oncoming drivers?

Thanks for the help.

First double check the fuses and that the bulbs haven't burned out?

Before taking the switch apart you can try spraying some electrical contact cleaner into the switch. The only down side to that is that it'll also wash out any protective grease. Perhaps there is a di-electric grease in spray form, too?
