Buy a good OEM clutch kit, like a genuine, German-made Sachs (some vendors sell off-brand lower-quality parts), and make sure the disc is installed with the correct side facing the flywheel. Might also want to replace the back-up light switch, clutch hose, and maybe the slave cylinder while everything is apart. Maybe u-joints and the center driveshaft support, too?
I would replace the big seal behind the flywheel at 5. main bearing, it has a nasty tendency to leak. And do not use the std Akron, Cortego is much better...
