I was thinking about spraying my oxidized rubber bumpers with Sherwin Williams Automotive rubber bumper coating but I was a little hesitant to coat the bumpers, even though the product is supposed to work. Well, I found a cheaper, easier to use alternative that so far works great and looks almost as good a new. I used STP Tire Glaze. This is the stuff you spray on tires to make them look wet and shiny. The instructions tell you to spray it on and let it dry, but I used it differently on the bumpers. I used a lint free towel to rub it in in a circular motion, and then a paper towel to wipe off the excess. I let it dry for a couple of hours and then repeated the same process again. Once it dries it makes the rubber look good and it is not too shiny since the bumpers are a different type of rubber than tires. (I previously tried ArmorAll, but it just soaked into the dry, thirsty bumper.)
