Howdy,

My center console and console thats holds the heat, fan and radio is in great shape, except the holes that the screws go thru to hold it in place have broken out over time. So I have used "fender" washers on the screws to hold it in place, but ugly, any thoughts or advice? The biggest problem is on the drivers side, atleast on passenger side there is the storage tray screws to help.

Thanks-

Go to a plastic welder to get holes filled. They usually have material to help replicate that textured surface that is pressed against the plastic weld when still warm so the fix doesn`t show. Holes can then be redrilled for the appropriate screws.

The best stuff is Uralane - it'll fix anything. You can use it to adhere either backing washers or strips of aluminum at the mounting points for added strength as well.
