Hi!
I am trying to remove the castellated bold on my Giulietta Berlina 750C 1957. I have 3 castellated tools with diameter 38, 40 and 52 but
for these castellated bold the diameter is 45 mm- Does anyone have such a tool or drawing so I can make me a tool.
Thanks for your help,
greetings from the south of austria

Hi Gernot,

I borrowed the original tool. Here the pictures in 3 posts ( sorry guys, 5 pictures max.), this gives at least an idea of the measurements of the tool.

Last series of pictures.

The depth of the inner hexagon is 27,5 mm or 35mm measured including the height of the dents.
I hope this helps a bit.

Unfortunately we don't have a say in who owned the part or car before 'us'.
Even though a castellated tool would work, it would need a bolt head that has not been distorted like yours.
I think you may have to mill the top off the bolt, but that would mean you will destroy the bolt.
good luck
