Does it necessarily have to be Carello? There are brand new aftermarket tail lights out there that look exactly the same, minus Carello script, for much cheaper and which you also can get right away.

P.S.
I suppose you ment just the tail light glass and not the whole assembly?

Aha, sorry myself as mostly people need to renew just the lences. Have you tried to post your query in Alfa Romeo 750-101 Yahoo Discussion Group? This group is just about our cars with maybe 700 members, which will increase your chance of finding these items much more.
