Just bought a 71 Junior that was fitted with alloy 6 x 14 BWA wheels. The condition is excellent and the date stamp shows 1973.......once refurbished I will fit to my race car..............apart from the fact that BWA was an Italian alloy wheel manufacturer does anyone know anything else about these wheels. The ones I have - vaguely - resemble a Cosmic type wheel also of the seventies.

Doesn't BWA stand for:

Bent

Wheel

Association?

Seriously, they are a nice period alloy with a good alfa providence (BWA actually made factory wheels for GTV6 as an alternative to the Campanolo - campag is tougher though, hence the play on words with the initials above)
