OK, two weeks ago I replaced the front rotors and pads and bled the lines till they ran clear w/no air bubbles. Brakes worked great. This weekend changed the rear rotors and pads and now can't get the air out. Tried doing both sides at once and the front ran clear without air but the rear continued to have huge bubbles and now pedal goes all the way down without really working. I tried again this pm to bleed down the right rear and now the fluid is like milky as if tons of micro bubbles are in the fluid.....HELP

Did you verify that the hoses are not torn or something like that?
If no air is coming in, then you may continue bleeding, it should do the work after all.
(or by the bleeder as dwc92 suggested)
