Brake booster/master-24v

I have a brand new brake master /w with booster (Bosch) OEM- normally $650, on sale for $520.00.

Aftermarket Brake master- $250, Used boosters are $150-250. Both, new Bosch for a reasonable cost. Or upgrade your 12V booster and master with this unit. Use existing calipers/rotors for a boost in brake power. I can also make this into a 24V brake kit which uses larger diameter calipers and thicker rotors for a minimal cost.

Thanks!

Reduced the price on this.
Found this in the boot of a recent purchase, looks brand new never used, what would you say would be the advantage of swapping one of these to a 12 valve Jason, more powerful brake feel, less pressure required?

The 12 valve type appear to be higher where as the 24 valve unit appears to come forward more, still looks to have a slightly higher capacity, would you say this is true Jason?

Anyone else on here done the swap?

24V puts out a bit more power. The 12V booster is half the size. The other reason for better braking is larger pistons in 24V caliper and thicker rotors to take the heat. But just this alone on existing 12V calipers/rotors will give a good improvement. But even better if other items are upgraded.
Does fitting the larger 24 valve unit affect the idle on the 12 valve or does the Motronic just compensate?

No. Nothing will be effected except better braking.

So I did this mod on my 12v and am happy with it. Jason was able to help me source the
24v calipers/brackets and booster. The brakes are much more responsive.
