Hi, folks!

Does anybody here have experience in changing the hydraulic brake and clutch lines?
I am about to order the components to replace the brake and clutch lines on an Alfetta sedan from 1982 and am wondering about the summed length of pieces in both cases?

And also flares... Does anybody know what is the "name" for the flares on these cars? I looked here and the ends of old brake tubes do not look like any of the three options mentioned (SAE, DIN, AN).

Keep the old fittings and you can get metric lines at NAPA or a VW dealership. If you need to cut the pipe and flare it you must use a double flair for hydraulics. You can borrow a tool from your local Auto Zone.
