You mean the big bore rubber hoses from plenum to intake manifold?
They aren't too awful bad a job with the hardest part being getting the plenum out of the road.
You'll need to unhook all the vac hoses on it along with the throttle linkage (just the bellcrank to TB rod is enough) and the support bar underneath (two bolts on bottom of plenum and one throughbolt on the engine mount). From there it's pretty much just hose clamps.
