I am on the process of replacing the flex disc (guibo) U-joints and center support with bearing, on my 71 Berlina 2000.

What is the best and easiest way of doing this, do I need to mark the driveshaft were it meets with yoke and the differential.

On the Alfetta's you need to do that for keeping the balance correct, but on 105 Alfa's is that necessary or just taking them a part and replace with the new parts.

I appreciate any suggestion.

Yes, mark everything for alignment and to go back together the same way as now, assuming you have good balance now. I keep even the nuts, bolts, and washers marked to go back the same way.
