Now that I have the holes in the floor fixed and the passenger rocker done, I'm on to repair the front fender behind the wheel opening. This was completely rotted out, when I cut it out I found 1/2" of bondo from a dent that had been filled (explains the rusted sections).

Since nobody makes fender patch panels for a Berlina, can I massage the patch panels that are available for Giulias? Looking at pictures the lower sections of the fenders seem to be close but without having a side by side comparison I don't know.

Any help would be great, I've been trying to make my own panel, but after my 3rd try I thought I would ask. I have a shrinker/stretcher and some other metal working tools so I may be able to modify vs make

I'd think it's similar, other than the pressed ridge in the Giulia panel. Not sure if anyone's ever tried this yet. An experienced metal worker, or Daron's type place, would probably start with a flat sheet. But they're got a lot of experience and special tools.
