Yes, you're correct, that is part of the pilot bearing.
Other part went on strike somewhere on the highway, most likely.
These are an important piece for keeping the drive shaft centered, and need to be lubed when you assemble the drive shaft.
I recognize is from my days of owning & working on Alfettas.
Not sure what the part number is.

Hmm, it looks Alfa specific.
Write to Jim Grant.
Jim G on the Alfa BB.
He may know where you can source one.

Also, create a new post in
ALFA BB > Gearbox, Transaxle, Differential & Propshaft section.
Someone may have an answer for you.

Worse comes to worse, you could try you luck with
a good machine shop or transmission shop since you still have one piece, plus pictures of what you need.
They may be able to fabricate something for you.
