I have a set of Axxis Metal Master brake pads, part number 088-0258M. These are semi-metallic brake pads which are a continuation of the old much loved Repco metal master pads. I think they have been renamed yet again to Axxis XBG. They are band new but were sent to me in error for my 77 alfetta sedan which they did not fit. These should fit the following alfas:
Berlina 72-74
GTV 70-74
Spider 69-92
GTV-6 81-83
Sport Sedan 78-79
Sprint 77-79

They also fit many 60's & 70's mercedes and a few BMW's, 911's, and VW Transporter.

They measure 3" x 2 1/8" or 76.5mm x 54mm.

Those pads won't fit a GTV6 without some trimming and the won't fit a Sport Sedan or Sprint at all.

but they will fit the spiders, right? pending sale to someone with a 73 spider so please confirm fitment if you can. thanks

and they were supposed to fit my 77 sedan but they were way too big but i figured they probably changed calipers when going to the series 2 sedans. i had to order pads for a 76 to get the right ones.

Pads Fitment

Yes those pads should fit a '73 Spider. All of the 116 Alfetta stuff uses the same front calipers. They use the pad that is smaller then these.
