Does anyone get this magazine?

.:Auto Italia Magazine:.

Looks like they've got a nice section on the Alfa 4 cylinder engine with some potentially nice photos. I haven't seen this at any book shop that I've been to so if anyone in the UK can get it and do some full res scans that would be most cool.

I bought three consecutive issues at a local Borders a year or two ago and then they stopped carrying it. I really dug it because it gave more time to Fiat, Alfa and Lancia than Ferrari/Lamborghini (which I like of course, but my dreams tend to the realistic). It cost $9.99 an issue, but since I liked just about everything in it, I thought it was money well spent.

cheers,
scott
Their subscription rate is 78 GBP to the US which works out to just about 150 bucks (crappy exchange rate, grrrrrrr, now I know how Canadians felt for all those years). I might have to cough it up and give myself an early Christmas present, but would rather drop the cashola on parts for the car.

That's about the same problem I have here. However, if my local Borders doesn't have it, the Barnes & Noble two blocks away, sometimes has it.
The magazine is alright. They carry it at one of the local Barnes and Noble's where I live. If you ask me, there are better enthusiast magazines out there. Each issue is too short for me to ever justify a purchase.

I hear you. It also isn't written well enough to justify the price. Classic and Sportscar is a much better written and complied publication and over the course of 12 months will satisfy my Italian fixation, and give me enough of everything else.
I have almost every one. Not alot from the last 2 years. I think it's a great mag. Of course it would be great if it were 200 pages per issue! Roberto Giordanelli is a great writer.

Got my subscription for EWA miniatures for < $100 per year.
