Typical bureaucratic bullsh*t!! How can anyone in their right mind try to impose emission standards on vehicles built prior to 1968 that never had emission controls to begin with? Reminds me of the almost-ban on Indycar racing back in the '70s to save gasoline during one of the gas scandles until one of the elected "rocket scientists" discovered that Indycars burn methanol.
