I would consider weekday (work permitting) if we can get mon-tue or thur-fri so that the longer distance driving in one direction could be over a weekend...

BTW, you may want to correct the BW dates on the AROSC site (the two days are non-consecutive)

If you are a member of both, it appears from Bruce's post that you just sign up with your favorite club (AROSC, of course), and then you have to meet their requirements, i.e. their tech regulations.
