Can any one help. I would like to install an Automatic Radio Ariel for my spider. I just cannot find one that fits at the far back of the car.
Can anyone suggest from where I can purchase one that fits?
Thanks

If you want help from the USA you should call it an antenna.
How much clearance (free space under the sheet metal) do you have where you want to locate the aerial?
Do you already have all the necessary wiring (signal reception circuit, switched power from radio to activate/extend/retract aerial) run to that location, or will you need to install those cables too?
There are several after-market power (retractable) aerials on the market, but not all of them will fit into the limited vertical clearance space of a Spider rear fender. On my S3 there is only about 11.5 inches (29cm) of vertical space so a standard 12 inch power antenna will not fit. I'm not sure about your car or the location you want to use. You should measure the area where you want to place it, and possibly post a photo or two.
They make power aerials that will fit into as small as a 4.5 vertical inch space (11.5cm) but the drawback of the minimal clearance units is that the aerial, when fully extended, is very short and the radio reception is not as good as a unit with a taller mast.
