I am in southern part of the state, but found this one online. Anyone familiar with it? ~*~Alfa Romeo Spider~*~88k miles!

Sounds like it needs a little work, but like that it has two tops.

Manual windows and steel wheels would make it a Graduate model, a de contented version of Spider Veloce. The work listed doesn't sound all that bad. If the miles are true, the engine runs solid and no major bodywork or rust it should be worth the asking price. I wouldn't count on A/C working - usually a seller accentuates that fact clearly.
