Often done on race cars. expensive and they wear fast on street cars (more dirt, less maintainence) since theya re not sealed well.

They're also really loud, and rough. Transmit, not absorb, every jarring that happens to the wheel. Not practical for a street car, unless you're prepared for roughness and noise.

They're heim joints, not hemi. Also known as rose joints.
