most owners i meet that live in the area live in the outer boroughs or long island. considering the fact that manhattan is prob the worst place to own a spider, i am not expecting a huge response.

I live uptown, way uptown...
Inwood, and I drive my Spider every day to work in Long Island all week long. Daily thru Cross Bronx, then Throgs Neck Brig. to the So. State. Then, I drive my '06 BMW on the weekends... :)
There must be something wrong with me? Right? :)

I give you a ltta credit Gennaro; I'm born in Jamaica, my family's on LI, and whenever I drive or ride there I cannot believe the lousy road conditions LI taxpayers tolerate. From the bridges eastward from the Bronx, the roads are crap. Hope you have a skidplate at least..

I don't get enough driving time in mine, so I may do the same once next week (take it from LI to work in NJ; Cross Bronx GW, etc)

:( Cross Bronx - road I probably hate the most:). Can never tell what you'll run in to no matter what the hour. I avoid it at all costs. :eek:Sorry for the off topic but I thought it appropriate.

Same applies to the Belt Parkway, the alternative for me. Difference is, the Belt is wayyyyy longer.

You all oughta come up to northern Westchester and zoom around the reservoirs, perfect light-sporting rides. Less bumps and deteriration. But more deer...
