What are the other parameters (aside from a low brake-fluid level), that could trigger the "Anti Lock" warning light...?

low brake fluid wont; do it

I dont think

Check the phonic sensors on all wheels, if a loss of signal is seen by the ABS computer without brake pedal pushed, I think it triggers ABS light. Also could be a general ABS computer issue--

On most cars with ABS low fluid will make the brake and ABS light come on but not on the 164. Have you done any work near the braking system to trigger the light?

Check all sensors. Clean them and connections, clean the phonic wheel. Make sure the gap is correct. Then check all the other things mentioned here. Most of the time I have found just a simple cleaning does the trick.

Check the wiring in the engine bay on the passenger side...Mine rubbed enough against the body to come apart for the right front wheel sensor causing the light to come on..
