Alternator problem

I got alternator problem , the dashboard light stays on even with key out ignition , the alternator does not charge , everything seems wired properly , b+ to battery , DF to Df on regulator , D+ to D+ on regulator plus green wire connected to d+ that goes inside the car , and D- connected to nothing ?? My regulator only has 2 terminals and is earth on the body

This all happend after I was driving and when I got home I noticed light stayed on , I check and the diode plate bolt was loose and touching the casing causing a short , but I fixed that and still nothing
It is difficult to form an opinion based on the information provided. More written specific detail and perhaps more importantly pictures would help.
No problem ,basicly the alternator is not charging , after the diode plate shorted on body of alternator , the light stays on even with key out z and alternator does not charge at all

You awnser it , except for the reason why the light stays on even with key out? , I fixed the bolt from shorting on body and light still on
