I cant remember where i read this, or even if i did read it, or if i dreamed it..

But i thought i saw someone write about replacing the standard 105 rad with a more modern one.. Im sure off a vauxhall astra..?

Anyone now if the there is a replacement that will fit? I should think they're a fair bit cheaper than the standard ones and thinner to give more space..

thanks

Here is a shop in the U.S. that can fabricate anything you need. I'm sure that you can find someone similar in the U.K.

Sure you can improvise something but you'll always be fiddling with the mounts or hoses. In the long run, you'll worry less and spend less time getting it to work if you spend the money up front IMHO

Hello,
I used a radiator from a Ford Escort Mk4 (1986-1990) for my Twin Spark conversion in my 1976 Giulia super.
It fits with some mods and no cooling issues even with a Mocal oil cooler in partly front of the radiator!

Please note that the header tank needs to be placed somewhere else ;-)

Kind regards,

Rogier.
