The Lone Star Chapter will be in attendance at the All British & European Car Day in Dallas, Texas. Please come out and join us if possible. Here are the details:
Date: Sunday, May 3, 2015
Location: Dreyfus Club Point on the east side of White Rock Lake, Dallas, Texas. Entrance to the show field is off of Lake Highlands Drive and Buckner Blvd.
Time: 10:00 am show gate opens (9:30 for trailered vehicles)
Ballots due at 2:00, Awards at 3:00
Cost: on-line registration is $20 for vehicles, $10 for motorcycles. Day of registration is $25 for cars, $15 for bikes. Also, the event organizers are asking participants to donate a new pair of adult size shoes for the Shoes for Orphan Souls organization. Here is the link to the website and on-line registration. Bring your Alfa out for the day. It does not have to be a trailer queen. Daily drivers are welcome. The chapter will have a canopy set up for shade, bring a folding chair and some snacks/sodas/water if you like. There will be food trucks there for lunch along with other vendors. We will be setting up along with the Italian Car Club of the Southwest, the DFW Chapter of the FLU and hopefully the Dallas chapter of the Ferrari Club of America. It should be a good day.
