Brand New Alfetta Sports Sedan / 2000 / GTV Shift Knob, faux wood.
AFAIK originally a 2000 only feature 1978 to 1982, with the sedan having
a similar faux burlwood dash inserts (picture #6 and link to a 1978 brochure below)
It will naturally fit other Alfetta models and is also OE on some early GTV6's
I only have this one for sale, very rare in this condition.
