I still have an Alfetta GT sittin in the back yard ready to go to the crusher.........is it something I can easily access?!

Where the speedo cable attaches to the tranny there is a bolt holding the cable in place. Two minute job between beers. If Fetta78 doesn't have one I can help.

Don't go crawling around in the mud just for that for me. I was hoping someone had one a bit more convenient to access. I can always just use a 8x1.25 bolt, it's just that (I think) the bolt that the factory used had a nib or point on the end and was just the right length.

Well my parts car is on jackstands in the garage and I need to drop the transaxle anyway before sending it off to the crusher. I'ts up to you.
