Dear members,

I've a few questions about converting an Alfa romeo 75 1.8L carburetor turbo engine into an Alfetta sedan 79'.

1. It is possible to convert an 1.8L turbo Injection engine to carburetors?

2. It is possible to install an air conditioner compressor on 1.8L carburetor turbo engine in an alfetta sedan engine area? if so, what modifications had to be done?

Thank you.

Why would you want to go backwards as you get better fuel metering and ignition with EFI
The biggest problem with "blow thru carburettors as used by the Turbodelts cars was "FIRE"

ACTUALLY its works great.
I did it because I didn't have the original ECU for 1.8 turbo engine.

Thats a nice setup. Can you explaind the setup, please?
WoW.. It's very complicated.
1.8 Turbo Injected engine converted to carbs.
Water to Air Intercooler.
Homebuilt Pressure box for the Dell-orto carburators.
High pressure fuel pump.
Blow-off valve.
Fuel regulator for turbo engine.

That's what I'd remember for now..
