Hello!

I am currently assembling some alfa v6s.
And I was wondering - wich of alfas v6s has oil piston cooling?
(These sprayers that spray oil underneeth the pistons)

The gtv tb v6 has (16202). The v6 in alfa6 (1928) does not have it.
What about the 164 3l v6 - does that have these?

All of the rods have them regardless...

From the 12 valve 164 motors onward the blocks have them as well...

Oh - do you mean that all the rods have built in sprayers that spray the pistons? That the oil from the rod bearings go through the rod and is sprayed onwards the pistons? Or do I misunderstand it??

Yes, correct - all of the RODS had squirters fed from the bearing-journals and the later blocks also had them at the base of the block as well.
