hello colleagues,
Long time lurker and life long learner.
Reassembling my beloved Quad , and I clearly did not take enough pictures when I dissembled . Does anyone anyone please have some close-ups of how the AC unit is mounted underneath the passenger in the foot well. I have all the connectors and pieces and the strap on the front firewall that somehow works into all of this. Can anybody please point me in the right direction, thank you in advance .

Not exactly I have the manuals that those are from . Yes
it is on the passenger up under and behind the glove box. What I am having a hard time is connecting points for the unit . I have the one strap on the fire wall can enclose a pic if needed. But for the life of me I can not remember how to mount the darn thing …
Thank you for at least responding.

Not sure about the strap location.
The parts manual calls it out as the support for the evaporator unit.

It looks like there are also a couple of screws at the corners that hold the unit in place under the dash:

sorry I'm not more help. I've never removed one of these so this is the extent of any knowledge I have (shop manual diagrams).
I'm sure others here have had hands-on experience with them.
