This is an original T handled decel adjusting tool.
This one is much stouter then the other ones I've sold. Much heavier and thicker. The handle won't twist like it does on the earlier versions.
Tool looks like it been used only once or twice. Nearly NOS shape.
The four points that engage the locking ring are perfect.
