I picked up this steering wheel earlier this year for another project. It has has some scuffs/ chips and I think needs insulators (??). Some scuffs will buff out, some won't?
Looking to recoup $150?

The wheel diameter is ~15 inches and the distance from the base to the top of the wheel is~5 inches. Let me know if you need anything else.
