I just brought my 86 Alfa Romeo Spider up to Seattle, and am looking for a good mechanic. There is one mechanic that I am talking to, but I feel that he is a little slow to respond to me, and quite frankly, a little pricey. Can anyone recommend a good mechanic who work on Alfa Romeos in the Seattle area? Thanks!

There's a few to consider...

All supporters of the NWARC - but I make no other recommendations than that - your experience may vary!!!

Alfa of Tacoma - 253-838-2531 - (Tacoma) You'll talk to Lino. Carlo does the work on all kinds of (especially) Italian cars.
AutoLogic - 425-455-2303 - (Bellevue) - been around for years and years
Bristow's - 253-471-1663 - (Tacoma) - Pete is one of the NWARC driving instructors
Ferrari/Maserati of Seattle - 206-329-7070 - (Capital Hill) If you get put on "hold", you can listen to F1 Ferrari sounds!!!
Group 2 - 206-378-0900 - (Interbay) - Joe English and the guys work on a lot of Alfas - and other stuff.
Ingram Enterprises - 360-707-5701 (Burlington) - It's a ways away, but hey!!! it's Wes Ingram!!! (prefers to work on 101, 105, 115 series) (and SPICA)
Ralli-Round - 206-323-8000 - (East side of Lake Union) - Ben Howe owns the shop Keith Magnuson established many years ago.
West Werks - 425-605-3561 - (Bellevue) - All European cars

Anyone of the shops listed in this string better for electrical work. I have a '91 Spider and the parking lights/instrument lights will not come on. Headlights work fine. I believe the problem is in the column switch...uggh.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
