FYI Those are just paint scuffs on the sign those come off with rubbing. The color is on the inside so rubbing the scuffs does not affect the sign colors. There are no cracks.
I have fabricated a circular backing board (CNC cut 57") and had a sheet metal company fabricate a 10 inch deep 57" metal ring.
I bought led lights and ballast from a sign company. Then got busy with work then got cancer.. I backburnered this project... lookin to move on!!!.
