6C10814384 was fitted at some point with engine 6C10914487. Historical notes begin early post-WWII in the UK and end during the 1980's in Switzerland. The engine has been reported in another car.

6C10814385 was a 1500cc version when made and first used. It was first registered to the Scuderia Ferrari and was sold early 1933 to Ippolito Berrone. He raced it on the Mille Miglia that year and finshed 16th overall and 1st in the 1500cc category. There were three owners that take us part way through 1934 and the research continues.

As I sought today to edit the posting above (#122), I received the following message: "You may not edit more than 10 different post(s) within 7 days". I believe strongly that I have not edited 10 posts since the new format was adopted with new owners. Perhaps adding new content is considered "editing"? It does not seem to mind my adding new material in a new posting. Regardless, I sought to add to the historical description of 6C10814385.

As I wrote the posting above, an email was waiting in my inbox from Corrado Bellabarba. After digesting the contents of the PRA papers he shared, we now know that the car went 1939 to Massaua in Eritrea.
