This FNM engine appears to have the siamesed intake manifold intended for use on the original Italian 102 "2000" engine. I don't think the FNM ever used this system, instead using either a 2 barrel downdraft Solex or 2 40ADDH sidedraft Solexes on a non-siamesed intake manifold.
Also, my FNM had the same type upper cam bearing saddle as used on the 102-2000, whereas your engine appears to have individual saddles. Very odd.
No cam gears?
