So what is fuel pressure reading? You need 35-40 psi for engine to run.

If all else is OK and low pressure usually it is a split rubber hose inside fuel tank.

Bad connection to coolant temp sensor will prevent starting even with fuel pressure, too.
I'm doing fuel hose on the fuel pump on my red car right now. You need to check the fuel pressure on the rubber fuel line at the fuel manifold as Steve says to properly trouble trouble shoot the no start.
How do you know you have spark?
Currently having the same problem. I have fuel pumping, and the pressure a few months ago was fine. I could not pass smog before due to high NOX and running lean. It came with mild stuttering at WOT takeoffs. Then it would not start once in a while, and I thought it had to do with the rain and the cold, but now it's sunny and it wont start. Disconnected the temp sensor and jumpered, still no go. Not certain if I have spark, rotor and cap look ok. I am suspecting the IAP temp sensor a bit actually, by can't say for sure. Solid day of troubleshooting ahead.
