First check if the tubing after the AFM (if its connected correctly - no leaks or holes) If this is ok... Borrow another sensor from a same car and plug it in. If the car works fine you got yourself a naughty AFM I know that they're a bit expensive as new (700 euros-1000 dollars) but there might be someone who knows about remanufacturing those **** things (Injection Correction UK - Remanufacturing automotive engine management systems (ECU) and air flow meters and BBA reman. ABS, ecu's, throttle bodies, air mass meters, and catalytic converters) and offer 1 or 2 years gurantee. Haven't tried anyone yet (has anyone?) but willing to do in the future as i have 3 AFMs out of order
